Here are some photos that I took between October 1 and October 7, 2007 while traveling through Entebbe and staying in Kampala, Uganda. I was there to visit a friend and to help them solve some computer problems while investigating what life was like in one of East Africa's most prosperous countries.

Meet Waspex,
the Sculptor

Although there are many sculptors in Uganda, there's only one Waspex.

African Masks

Despite being sold in Uganda, vendors tell me that many of these masks were made in the Congo.
